Where all do we deliver?

We deliver to all and any postal addresses around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone number.

On What days do we deliver?

Our courier partners will be able to deliver your orders to you between Monday through Friday during the business hours. Working days exclude public holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days, so the deliveries may not be made on Fridays.

Will I have to pay any VAT & Customs Duty?

Please note all prices shown on hautestuff are inclusive of Duties and Taxes so you don't have to worry about any hidden or additional charges being levied on your purchase or at the time of delivery.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We promise to dispatch your order within 3 to 4 working days from our warehouse. We also guarantee that you will receive your order within 10 working days!

Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, hautestuff does not deliver to P.O. Box, APO, FPO and Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code and telephone number.

What If I am not at home to receive the shipment?

If you are not at home to receive the package, our courier partners will attempt the delivery three times.
Please note that shipments to USA & some other countries can be left at door if you are not present to receive the package. Our courier partners will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed the order?

In order to give you excellent service, we try to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Therefore please make sure you provide us with the correct address at the first instance itself. However, if an address change is really required please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We won't be able to redirect your orders to the new address once the order has been dispatched.

How soon can I cancel my order?

We try to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you want to cancel your order, we request contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
The order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Is my Package secured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
