What is the process of returns & refunds?

  • First, you need to check whether your product is eligible for return. Not all the products on our site are eligible for returns. Whether a product is eligible for returns or not will be specified on the product page as a part of the product details. Please make it a point to note whether a product is eligible for returns before making your purchase.
  • In case your product is eligible, you can return it within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • To file for a return, kindly click on RETURN in your order history for the specific order. We will send you specific instructions on how to return your products.

In case of shipments sent outside of India

  • You will have to ship the product back to India as per the instructions we provide. Always return your products using registered airmail or a reliable courier service such as UPS or FedEx.
  • Please mark the items as *Gift* and "Not for Sale" and declare a low nominal value.
  • Please share the tracking details of the order with us.
  • Upon receiving the package, we will examine the items and we will fully refund you your amount.

The refund will be initiated to your original credit or debit card which was used while placing the order.

Haute Stuff charges a nominal restocking fee of 20% of item price on all returned items. i.e. If you return a product of INR 10000 value, Haute Stuff will refund INR 8000 back to your Credit Card / Debit Card or Paypal account.

Please note customer would have to bear the cost of shipping products back to us.

What do I do if I have received damaged items or the items have a manufacturing defect OR I have received a wrong item?

If you received a damaged item, or the item you received had a manufacturing defect or if a wrong item has been shipped, please email us a photo of the product within 24 hours along with your order details. You can mail us at care@hautestuffapp.com. Upon authorization of the return:

  • We will ship you a replacement item at the earliest with no extra shipping cost to you.
  • If you do not want any alternate then you can choose to get a full refund on your original credit or debit card.
  • If you do not want any alternate then you can choose to get a full refund on your original credit or debit card.

How soon will I get my return?

If you return has been accepted, we will make the refund to your original credit card or debit card within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned package at our warehouse.
